Steve Bartlett - Victorian Caravan Parks Association

Steve has been a park operator since 1998 and has managed Foreshore Parks in addition to owning and managing leasehold and freehold parks on the coast and inland Victoria. He has extensive experience managing Annuals and Residents along with developing parks. Steve is a former member of the Victoria Police, a former member of the Australian Bureau of Criminal Intelligence and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree. Steve is a National Director of CRVA, owns Golden Country Motel & Caravan Park- Maryborough, a park consultancy business – Securitec - and is the President of VicParks.

James Kelly - Lifestyle Communities

James was one of the founders of Lifestyle Communities Ltd which now has 8 residential parks in various stages of development and/or completion. Prior to establishing Lifestyle Communities, James has held several senior management roles in property and related sectors including CEO of The Dennis Family Corporation, and roles with the Coles Myer and Lend lease. James has been involved with Vicparks for the last 5 years chairing the Legislation and Regulations Subcommittee.  This subcommittee has overseen the release of the 2010 Regulations as well as the recent revision of the Residential Tenancies Act.
