The Awards recognise and reward the excellence and achievement of VicParks Members and this is your opportunity to give your park, team, or business the recognition it deserves.
Entering the Awards is an achievement in itself and a fabulous opportunity to:
- Celebrate your achievements and success with your teams
- Raise your profile within our industry
- Leverage a finalist or winner recognition in your business marketing
- Review business practices and identify areas for growth and improvement
The Awards will be presented at the YMH VicParks Gala Dinner at the 2023 VicParks Conference on Wednesday 16 August 2023.

How to enter
We know you’re busy, so we’ve kept it simple.
- Entry is free – and it’s easy
- There are nine Awards categories to showcase the achievements of our fabulous members – tourist parks, residential parks, mixed use parks, and Associate members.
- There is no limit on the number of categories in which member parks can enter their business
- Entries can be submitted online by completing a short online form
- Entries close at 5pm Friday 21 July

2023 VicParks Awards Categories
Acknowledging the outstanding contribution of individuals to the Association, the VicParks Awards are named in honour of VicParks Industry Legends and Life Members.
Bob and Shirley Murray Community Partnerships Award
Recognises the significant contribution provided by a member caravan park to their local community.
James Kelly Employee Achiever of the Year Award
Recognises an employee of a member caravan park who has made an outstanding contribution to their employer or the industry.
Workplace Excellence Award
Recognises a significant commitment by a member caravan park to make their business a great place to work.
Elizabeth White Green Park Award
Recognises a significant contribution by a member caravan park to the establishment and growth of positive environmental practices in their business.
Peter Buttigieg Innovation Award
Recognises a significant innovation in a member caravan park’s operations or providing a new product or service for guests, residents and/or site tenants.
Golightly Family Marketing Award
Recognises creativity and innovation in a member caravan park’s marketing of their business.
Edwards Family Caravan Park of the Year – Tourist/Mixed Use
Recognises the most outstanding tourist or mixed use caravan park member based on the quality of its business operation and overall performance.
Peter Crawford Caravan Park of the Year – Residential
Recognises the most outstanding residential caravan park member based on the quality of its business operation and overall performance.
Rob Ensink, Jayco Associate Member of the Year
Recognises outstanding business performance and support of the Association by an Associate (Industry Supplier) member.
