Now in its eleventh year, the Portarlington Mussel Festival is a great day out for the entire family.

Set in the delightful village of Portarlington facing Melbourne across the bay, the festival features famous Portarlington mussels in all forms, to eat on the spot or to take away.

The mussels are only the beginning; there are dozens of other foods booths with local produce, market stalls, art shows, cooking demonstrations, classic cars, fun for the kids, and hours of free musical entertainment. This year will feature Taylor Swift and Katy Perry “ almost€“ as well as other great folk, jazz and pop groups.
