Gentle Annie is situated on the King River, two kilometres from the township of Whitfield in the King Valley region. The reserve is approximately 2.8 hectares in area; on both sides of the King River connected by the Gentle Annie Bridge and is notable for the immediate access to the King River that it offers to visitors.

The reserve was created 60 years ago and represents a significant local community resource that offers valued recreational and caravan/camping facilities for generations of local residents and visitors. The continued popularity of the reserve over decades is an indicator of the quality of the enjoyment and the natural environment it is situated in with numerous attractions and activities for visitors to avail themselves to.

Grassed Powered and Unpowered sites and a Cabin are available; all sites have access to the river.

Amenities Block located in Area P: Camp Kitchen provides for your use a microwave, two fridges, oven and hotplate, toaster, electric jug and sink. Adjacent are four barbeques. A full size bench table and chairs; as well as picnic tables throughout the Powered section.

Toilets and Hot Showers; although no dump point available, canisters can be emptied in our septic system.

Non potable town water and UV treated drinking water.

Herb Garden for your use and seasonal citrus.

Off Leash Park for Dogs provided they are well behaved.
