REFUNDS POLICY
A full refund of conference registration will be madeif notification is received before 1 August 2018
2 weeks prior to commencement of the event– 50% refund
48 hours or less notice to the commencement of theevent – No Refund
Substitutions are welcome at no additionalcost.
PHOTO/RECORDING WAIVER
There may be photography, audio or video recording at the conference. By entering the event premises you give consent to the use of your photograph, likeness or video or audio recording in the whole or in part without restriction or limitation. These materials can be used for any educational, promotional or any purpose for distribution in Victorian Caravan Parks Association online and printed publications or any publication in other media released by Victorian Caravan Parks Association, their officers, employees, and each and all persons involved are released from any liability connected with the taking, recording digitising or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. If you do not want to be photographed or videotaped, please notify the Victorian Caravan Parks Association prior to the event, and the individuals capturing the information at the event.
