The Avoca Shire Turf Club is located in Avoca, Victoria – a vibrant rural town located in the heart of the Pyrenees. This magnificent and untouched region is well known for its wineries, scenery, agriculture, and the Pyrenees ranges and of course the Avoca Races!

The Avoca Shire Turf Club races on Caulfield Cup Day and ANZAC Day. Both of Avoca’s race meetings are great fun and are well recognised as being the biggest in the state on those days. We even offer camping next to the racecourse, complete with a communal bonfire – it really is an experience.
