Ballarat’s Big Burger Biannual will be held between October 5 and 8 at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens (South). Prepare for some serious drooling action.

The event will also feature a number of unexpected takes on traditional burgers including Mexican, Jamaican, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai Issan, and of course a Philly Cheesesteak and Mac & Cheese Burger option.
