Scienceworks Community Safety Day

Fire engines, police vehicles, rescue vessels and more!
You can see the emergency services in action at the Scienceworks Community Safety Day on Thursday 29 September between 10am and 3pm.
Water Police will be there alongside other key emergency services such as Ambulance Victoria and Search and Rescue Dogs Australia.
11.30am & 1.30pm: MFB Heavy Road Rescue demonstration with the Jaws of Life to simulate rescuing people trapped in a car crash.11.45am & 1.45pm: MFB High Angle Rescue Team demonstration with ropes and rigging to simulate rescuing people trapped in rugged terrain.
