BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park is a taste of the High Country and the first step to High Country Adventure, four wheel driving and mountain bike riding at its best. We are located in a natural bush setting on the banks of the Acheron River. Walk the Cathedral Ranges, fish local rivers, tour local towns or just kick back, relax and unwind.
BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park is a lovely place to visit all year round. The Acheron River is a perfect place to take a dip, especially in the “rapids” at the far end of the park which is a local hidden treasure. Take a dip in the seasonal park pool, have a go on the giant jumping pillow, play tennis, have a round of mini golf or explore the park on one of our hire pedal carts. In the Winter why not have a play in the snow at Lake Mountain Resort…
A variety of affordable fully self-contained 2 or 3 bedroom cabins are available, some of which have river frontage. All cabins have either a double or queen bed, bunks (not made up but linen provided), air-conditioning and heating, flat screen TV and DVD players.
Large spacious powered and unpowered grassed and concrete sites are also available with the majority having shade. Ensuite sites some with river frontage are also available.
BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park is a park with peaceful country surroundings topped off with the majestic backdrop of the Cathedral Ranges. Trout farms and attractions such as the Stevenson Falls, Lake Eildon and Lake Mountain “A Winter Wonderland” are just a short driveaway.
Glamping in Taggerty: Treat the family to a holiday to remember with a luxurious glamping experience with either green country views or riverfront vistas. Choose from a cosy powered bell tent (sleeps 4) or a spacious powered safari tent (sleeps 6), including your private ensuite. You won’t want to leave!
